- Insulate outside & remodel outside of lower shower house - $1,200.0
- Debris bucket for tractor= $3,500.00
- Rejuvenation or replacement of one of the significant water wells (very rough guess $500 - $2,000)
- Replacement of the supporting posts for cabin #5
- Replacement of the rifle range shed ($7,000)
- New siding on the front and sides of the barn
