REGISTRATION, DEPOSIT, & CANCELLATION POLICY
For most summer camp programs a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to register. Payment may be made in full at the time of registration or at any other time prior to camp arrival. Any amount above the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation of a registration.
DISCOUNTS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, & SCHOLARSHIPS
DISCOUNTS: The following discounts are available to certain campers. Contact us with questions.
Multiple sibling discount: Families sending 3 or more campers from the same household receive 15% off upon request.
Ministry discount: Children of pastors or certain full-time ministry workers receive a discount. Contact us to be approved for this discount.
Volunteer discount: Parents who volunteer for a week of camp receive a discount for their children. Contact us to volunteer or visit our volunteer page.
SCHOLARSHIPS: Financial assistance is available in the form of camp scholarships, thanks to our generous scholarship donors. Scholarships are made available based on need and availability. Once a scholarship application is submitted please allow up to a week for a response via email. An online account is needed to submit an application, but is easy to set up if you do not already have one.
