From the East:

  1. Travel West on I 90 (NYS Thruway) to Batavia
  2. Exit in Batavia to Rt. 98
  3. Take 98 South through Batavia, Alexander, Attica and into Varysburg
  4. As you pass through Varysburg on 98 South, follow the signs as 98 turns left in Varysburg and then right just outside (East) of Varysburg.
  5. From this right turn, travel approximately 2 miles on 98 South
  6. As you enter the hamlet of Johnsonsburg the speed limit drops to 40
  7. Take a right on Centerline Rd. - the only crossroad here
  8. Go approximately 7/10 of a mile up the hill and watch for the Camp Hickory Hill entrance sign on the right.

From the West:

  1. Exit Rt 400 and turn Left (East) onto Route 20A
  2. You will be on 20A for about 15 minutes going over many hills.
  3. Watch for Rt 77. You will go straight here, but be careful. This is a dangerous intersection.
  4. Continue East on 20A past the golf course and up the next hill.
  5. Just as you start going down the hill, turn right onto Maxon Rd.
  6. Go 2.3 miles to the first stop sign (second road). This is Centerline Rd.
  7. Turn left onto Centerline and travel down the hill 9/10 of a mile.
  8. The entrance will be on your left.

From Binghamton:

  1. Take Route 17 West, through Elmira, Corning, Bath, etc.
  2. Just past Bath, take 390 North.
  3. Take Exit #8 onto Rt. 20 A West.
  4. Take 20 A West through Geneseo, Perry Center, Warsaw, Orangeville, etc. (Some of these places are not very big.)
  5. As you approach the small village of Varysburg you will pass a large farm, watch for 98 South, this will be a left turn. (If you get into Varysburg, turn around and come back just a bit.)
  6. From this left turn, travel approximately 2 miles on 98 South
  7. As you enter the hamlet of Johnsonsburg the speed limit drops to 40
  8. Take a right on Centerline Rd. - the only crossroad here
  9. Go approximately 7/10 of a mile up the hill and watch for the Camp Hickory Hill entrance sign on the right.
