I can't believe how many times in my life I have thought about my times at camp.  From Camp-O-Rama, Stock-O-Rama, as a camper, counselor, and LIT, camp will always be a fond memory and foundation to my life.  I was involved from 1979-1988 at which time the military took me away.  I currently live in Florida and wish that we had CSB in our area.

Wow, I was a camper since I was eight, an LIT when I was 14, JL when I was 15, and then I was Clarence Junior when I was 16! I love camp, and I always look forward helping out at father sons/etc. Clarence and Duane are the bombs Ha.....u don't really know how much time and effort it takes to run camp. It truly changed my perspective on camp being able to work with him for a summer. Hopefully I'll come back as Clarence Junior, if not, well I'll be a senior leader.....ScArYyYyYy!!! God Bless

I never was a camper but enjoyed the 4yrs as a leader. Camp Hickory Hill always have a place in my heart.  I will never forget the experience and lessons learned.  Camp was always a blast.  The friends I made and the memories of those bring a smile to my face every time.  I miss you all.

The Lord gave me the privilege to serve as Niagara Frontier Chairman and to act on the National CSB Board for several years in the 1950's. Having been one of the original founders of CHC , I have many fond memories of serving as Camp Director, etc. many years ago.

I was saved at CHH back in the early 60's around a summer camp fire. I was in Stockade and then Brigade at Randall Baptist in Willamsville. Earl Passmore was my stockade leader and Jim Childs was my Captain. I was a Corporal in Brigade. Spent many wonderful winters camping there in the snow and in the cabins with those old pot belly stoves glowing from the heat. Brigade was very instrumental in molding me for life. Living in Ohio. 3 children and 2 grandchilden

I worked in the leadership of the Airmen Trail program five times from'93to99. It was exciting to watch the confidence of the guys as they got a chance to experience aviation. Working with Grant Gehman as we showed the guys the basics of flight, taught them some of the information it takes to understand flying, and opening the Word of God with them was very rewarding. It was also to see the guys come back in later years, either in Airmen again or in other camp capacities, and see how they were maturing. A special thanks to Grant, Clarence, and Sam for the chance to help with the pgm.

I feel like I grew up at Hickory Hill.  My dad, Jack Corbett, started as Assistant Camp director under Jim Ferguson, and then moved on to be the director for many years.  I am married with two kids, living in East Aurora, NY.  I look forward to seeing many of you at the reunion!

CHH rules!!!! I have been there ever since i remember and i have so many awesome memories, like getting lost in the woods with my sister and my friend, and finding a deer skull (gross!). The pond is the best part of all though, its so fun to go canoeing!

i know i already signed, but i LOVE this place!! I am so excited to be coming back this year (2oo5). i have been coming since i was in diapers and am bringing a few friends this year to share the fun, lol. The best times were definatly at the pond (when james fell in, lol). and creek walking when we went all the way to the road. and learning the classic "little red wagon" song. good times were had here that will never be forgotten.

Schwartz, Matt

Ive been at camp pretty much all my life.  I went from stockade to a sr. leader.  Camp means so much to me and I know that the Lord keeps bringing me there summer after summer to see Him work.  What an amazing place and an even more awesome God!

I started out going to CHH as a tree climber when I was 5 (1987).  It was those early times that have paved the way for who I am now.  I continued going to camp for the next 11 summers loving each one!  The mud slide, spaghetti food fights, mattress surfing, canoe tipping, carpet ball, and moving things on Clarence were part of the many memories that happened at CHH each year. God bless the ministries at CHH for the many years to come!

Matteson, Steve voicecom@rochester.rr.com

1973-75 I was at camp for most of the summer, first year as a camper and the second-third year as a counselor. My memories are volumes-full of adventure about wilderness, life and Christ.  I was blessed with three daughters so have not been involved in my adult life. So much training in outdoor adventure taught me to use nature as a teaching tool when introducing a loving God to others. HH gave me great confidence in living for Him mostly because of leaders like Jack Corbett, Al Wright and Charlie Kratzat.  I'm looking for Ron Urgo...anyone?

Kratzat, Bob rkratzat@yahoo.com

My Dad Charlie was very active in the early days of Hickory Hill so I spent many weekends here as a child. I was a camper from 67-72, Jr Counseler from 73-75 and Collegian in 76-77. If you ever played "Ravine Ball" and wondered who ever was crazy enough to think it up? Well... Steve Matteson and I did in NTO as one of our little projects Al Wright gave us to invent a game. And I too remember Sam Richbart as a camper! I have alot of fond memories of Hickory Hill and although i havent been back in many years I think of it often.
