50th Anniversary WeekendJune 3-4, 2005We Praise the Lord for all he has done at Camp Hickory Hill since its founding in 1955! That’s right, 50 years of ministry!! Wow! That is something to celebrate. Over 500 attended our celebration weekend. On Friday, June 3 we met at Attica High Schools new state-of-the-art auditorium Their auditorium was beautiful and comfortable, more like a theater. We enjoyed looking back at what God has done at Hickory Hill through 50 years. Pictures and testimonies were shared. We worshipped together with Neil Boron, formerly from WDCX and music from Jim Drew’s worship band. On Saturday June 4 the celebration moved to camp Hickory Hill where we enjoyed music from Jim Drew and Arieh, the comedy and juggling from Nels Cremean' "In Jest" show. In addition there was a catered meal, horse drawn hayrides and many camp activities. Everyone in attendance received a full color commemorative yearbook and photo CD of our history.
