I went to CHH for 3 years as a camper and was a councilor for 7 summers and God blessed me in many ways because of my time there. More than anything I grew in my own walk with the Lord because of the guidance from Cap. Sam and the staff of men at Hickory Hill. I am now a husband, a father, and a business owner. My son and I are looking forward to Father and Son weekends there at camp and I joyfully anticipate singing both silly and spiritual songs around a campfire, worshiping the Great Creator and enjoying his blessings.
During my tenure at CHH, hundreds of young men and boys were not only exposed to the Gospel but also saw it in action. My father always says to "put your money and effort where the ministry happens" and Hickory Hill is exactly that. I would be honored to serve God with my participation in this highly effective ministry.
