Mother-Child Overnights

Two great weekends for Mothers and their children!

All mothers and daughters, women and girls are invited! Enjoy all camp activities, singing and a speaker. Develop a closer relationship while trying such camp favorites as the climbing wall, carpet ball, archery, and many more. Don't miss this opportunity to grow in the Lord and in your relationships to one-another.  Come for the sleepover or just for Saturday. Enjoy snow activities (or other fun activities if the weather does not cooperate) snacks, singing and a speaker. Make new friends and renew old friendships.

COST:  Friday and Saturday: 

$25 per person, $60 max per family

   Saturday only: $15 per person, $40 max per family

Annual Torch Open - Golf Fundraiser

Camp Hickory Hill has joined in with the Hamburg Wesleyan CSB program to organize a golf fundraiser.  The Torch Open begins on Saturday, September 15, 2011 at Byrncliff Golf Course (Varysburg, NY).  Deadline to register is Sunday, September 9^th.

$95 per golfer:  Includes Green fees, Cart, Lunch at the turn, Prizes and a Steak Dinner, etc.

Dinner Only Option:  $35 to join golfers for dinner and a chance at the prizes

Who is it for?

Teenage men (ages 14-ish to college) who wish to serve Christ and influence the world as leaders.  (Battalion Noncoms, Stockade Junior Leaders, Camp Counselors, etc.)

What is it like? 

Leadership Advance 2010 is three days and two nights - Friday thru Sunday - of activity, fellowship, and learning from both God’s Word and men of God. You’ll share, compete, laugh, and be encouraged in your faith and leadership. 

When is it? 

November 12 - 14 (Friday thru Sunday). Check-In between 7 and 9 PM on Friday. Dismissal by Noon on Sunday. 

Where is it? 

Camp Hickory Hill, Varysburg, NY. Camp phone: 585-535-7832. 

How much is it? 

$45.00 for all participants, but if you register before November 1st you’ll receive a $5.00 discount for a total of $40.00. A $15.00 deposit is due with your registration. 

How do I get there? 

Please arrange your own transportation, but if you need assistance, contact your CSB Regional Director, he may be able to help you ?nd a ride. 

Note to Battalion Senior Leaders:  Special sessions will be designed just for you! We are planning on your involvement!
